​We are a band of kids from the
NW burbs of Chicago who like to play rock music!
We mostly play covers, but are working on our own stuff.​
We primarily play classic rock, metal, grunge, and punk.

Rock Mentor
Our Story
Ordinary Hero is a rock cover band from the far Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. They met and began jamming together in 2018. In 2021 they played together to memorialize their rock mentor, whom they lost that year. The immortal bond and the support of their jam family hatched these minions into Ordinary Hero. The band consists of Lana (guitar), Charlie (bass), Max (drums), and Nik (Vox). (Also pictured Jam Fam Members: Matt & Scott.
